Application of enzyme preparation in enzymatic hydrolysis of chicken liver pet food attractant
 I. Introduction

In recent years, the pet industry has become one of the fastest growing industries in the Chinese market. The pet food industry is also developing rapidly. Consumers are becoming more and more aware of scientific pet food and are paying more and more attention to the quality of pet food. They not only require pet food to meet pets’ daily nutritional needs, but also pay more and more attention to pet food. The palatability of the pet food attractant market is also growing very fast. The addition of enzyme preparations to pet food attractants can improve the palatability of pet food to a certain extent, stimulate pets' appetite, and thereby increase pets' food intake.

2. Application of enzyme preparation in pet food attractant

At present, most types of pets are still carnivorous pets, and the gastrointestinal tract of carnivorous pets is short in the large intestine, and there are no large numbers of anaerobic microorganisms that can degrade complex carbohydrates. This requires the addition of enzyme preparations to enzymolyze complex carbohydrates. This has led to the development of more and more enzyme preparation products used in pet food attractants. In the production of pet food attractants, it is necessary to select corresponding biological protease preparations according to different substrates.

Take the enzymatically hydrolyzed chicken liver pet food attractant as an example, add animal viscera hydrolase and flavor enzymes, enzymatically hydrolyze at a suitable temperature for a period of time, and then add various amino acids, vitamins, yeast extracts, and sugars to the obtained enzymatic hydrolysate. Carrying out Maillard thermal reaction, and then going through a series of processes to obtain pet attractant with pure and soft fragrance and long fragrance period.
